For our family it went from a hobby to a passion soon growing into a family business. We started the pumpkin patch as an attraction for families and schools in the local communities.  Traveling for some became an issue and they were having to spend all weekend just to travel to a pumpkin patch.  We started out very small and soon grew larger.
