Murph Memorial Day Challenge

1 mile run followed by 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 300 air squats, then finish with another 1 mile run.

Murph' is named after Navy Seal Lt. Michael Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. This legendary workout is performed annually by thousands of Americans to honor fallen soldiers. Join us for our first ever Murph Challenge. Make this workout your own by modifying however you need to.

Heats will run every 30-40 minutes, depending on number of participants. We will be able to give out a better idea of what time you will be starting as the event gets closer. This event will be held outside in the parking lot. Bring your cheering squad and lawn chairs.
Registration is $5. All money raised will be donated to Allen County Veterans.
