9:00AM to 3:30PM: Antique Tractor Show

Stop by the 37th Annual Kaw Valley Antique Engine, Truck and Tractor Club Show to see dozens of unique farm equipment from all over the U.S.

9:00AM to 3:30PM: Walter P. Chrysler Car Show

Come to City Park for the 48th Annual Walter P. Chrysler Car Show.

1:00PM to 3:00PM: Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church Watermelon Feed

Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church will be hosting a free Watermelon Feed at the City Park Shelter on the 4th of July. All are welcome!

Location: Wamego City Park Shelter

1:00PM to 9:00PM: Lincoln Ave. Food Court

Food Court will be open from 1-9 pm in the 500 block of Lincoln, in the Bittmann Mercantile parking lot.

1:30PM to 2:00PM: "BOOMTOWN 2-Behind the Fence" - 1st Screening

We had 6 cameras inside the fence during the 2018 Fireworks show to document the show from the Pyro Crew point of view. You've never seen the show like this. Don't miss your chance to see last year's show from "Behind the Fence". Two shows: 1:30pm and 3:00 pm. Enjoy a cocktail from the "Drama Club Bar" at The Columbian"  from 12-7:30 pm. Stroll through the theatre and discover its 1893 Chicago World’s Fair artifacts and enjoy art by local artists in the Swogger Gallery.

3:00PM to 10:00PM: Carnival

Head over to the carnival where there are rides, thrills and fun for all ages. From the ferris wheel and tilt-a-whirl, to your favorite carnival games and food on the midway, the carnival has something for everyone. And who knows, you might just walk away with a prize! Wristband price is $25.

3:00PM to 9:00PM: RED Parking Shuttle Begins Running

The Shuttle is free and open to the public to and from the Wamego Recreation Complex from 3-9 p.m. and will provide return service after the fireworks show.  Shuttles will make stops at the top of the parade route from 3 to 6:00pm for those wishing to attend the Parade.  This drop-off location is NOT a pick-up location.  Pick-up locations are at the recreation complex only.

6:00PM to 7:00PM: Parade

Join us on main street (Lincoln Ave from 8th to 4th street) for the 151st annual Wamego Independence Day Parade. This year's Theme is Freedom Still Rings.  Shuttles will make drops between 3 pm and 7 pm at the parade route to allow shuttle passengers to get off for the parade.  This will not be a pick up spot a drop only.
